As soon as your account is established, the TSP will mail you a Web password to use with your beneficiary participant account number when you log into the My Account section of the TSP website. The first time you log into your account with this password, you will be prompted to create a new one of your choice.
You can change your password at any time on the website but you must first enter your beneficiary participant account number (or customized user ID) and your existing password.
If you forget your Web password, you can request a new one in the My Account section of the TSP website or by contacting the TSP. A new computer-generated password will be mailed to you. Or you may call 1-877-968-3778, choose option 3 to speak to a Participant Service Representative, and request that your password be reset.
