Agency/Service Pre-Transition Requirements

Thank you for your continued engagement with the Converge team as the TSP transitions to a new service provider.

This bulletin is part of an Agency/Service Pre-Transition Requirement series that will share additional details about pre-transition activities and events as they become available. This series is intended to share new information regarding transition activities and reinforce critical actions required for your agency/service to be able to send TSP data to the new service provider. Failure to complete these preparatory requirements will impact your agency’s/service’s ability to make contributions to the TSP. Current and Upcoming Requirements:

  • Credentialing—In order to participate in required training and testing activities, all authorized agency payroll personnel must complete their ID verification process and receive credentials for user access. Authorized agency payroll personnel will receive a Converge email request with instructions to complete the ID verification process within 48 hours of email receipt. If you are designated as an authorized agency payroll personnel and have not received this ID verification email, please contact your Converge representative.

  • Virtual Training—Once credentialed, users will gain access to the Converge learning management system to complete training on how to use the new Agency Payroll Portal. Upon enrollment in the learning management system, users will receive an automated email notification directing them to the required training. Training must be completed within five (5) business days of receipt of the automated notification email.

  • Data Testing and Training—The Converge team is working with individual agencies and services to complete a two-step data testing process. Individual agencies and services will receive a communication with specified dates and times of their testing/training session.

Future bulletins in this series will address details pertaining to testing, training, and other key dates such as when legacy systems will be taken offline as new processes and systems come online. Additionally, there will be a brief blackout period during the transition that may impact your agency/service and employees. More details will be shared in a future bulletin.

We look forward to continuing to support you throughout the transition.
